We had a wonderful time at Villa Selina and very much look forward to returning again soon. Everthing was as advertised and some things were even better. Ralf went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The villa is in a great location close to the ocean and shopping. I would recommend to everyone to stay at Villa Selina in lovely Cape Coral Florida.

Wir haben uns in den 3 Wochen in Ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt; Lage und Ausstattung waren einfach toll. Es hat alles gut geklappt und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sigrid und Greg war erstklassig. Schön war auch, dass bei unserer späten Ankunft am ersten Abend der Kühlschrank schon für das erste Frühstück am nächsten Morgen gefällt war. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen Sie gerne weiter.

Nun sind wir bereits wieder einige Tage in der herbstlichen Schweiz und träumen immer noch von unserem wunderschöne Aufenthalt in Florida! Die Woche in der SUPER Villa war wirklich ganz toll und wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder war es ein grosser Spass Abends spät im beleuchteten Pool zu schwimmen. Die Informationen, sowie die Betreuung, vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt haben uns sehr beeindruckt! Ein herzliches Dankeschön!

wir haben den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus wirklich unendlich genossen und können nur noch mal bestätigen, was die anderen Gäste vor uns schon lobend erwähnten. Es war eine wirklicher Genuss für uns in einem sehr gepflegten, mit viel Gefühl fürs Detail und vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestatteten Feriendomizil unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Service vorher und hinterher ist wirklich herausragend und wir sprechen aus Erfahrung - wir haben in den letzten 9 Jahren jedes Jahr unsere Ferien in Florida verbracht!! Nochmals herzlichen Dank - wir bleiben auf jeden Fall in Verbindung!!

Our stay at Villa Selina was wonderful!
The house is beautifully furnished in a style and decor that is both tasteful and comfortable. It is apparent that you have given close personal attention to the details in providing a renter with all the comforts of home and then some! The pool and spa were a delight and contributed greatly to our Florida experience.
We enjoyed many attractions in and around Cape Coral which provided us with daily activities and new adventures.
I would also like you to know that both my husband and I appreciated your phone call to welcome us and again your call to be assured that our stay was a pleasant one.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your well appointed New Cape Coral home. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida climate. It was especially nice to come home in the evenings after playing golf to have a jacuzzi and gaze at the stars. It is a good location for easy access to golf, dining and shopping. I was also very pleasantly surprised with the abundance of wildlife in and around Cape Coral, (i.e. alligators, osprey,turtles ibis, flying fish, anhingas in our own backyard canal, bald eagles in the tree out the front, etc.). We loved frequenting the Cape Coral Yacht club pier in the evening for cocktails and magnificent sunsets. This was our first visit to Cape Coral, but it will not be our last.

Nun sind wir schon seit gut 2 Wochen Zuhause und "leben" noch von den Erinnerungen. Wir waren 4 Wochen Gäste der Villa Selina und es war einfach super. Die Ausstattung und der Komfort ist toll und der Swimming-Pool wurde natürlich fast täglich genutzt und unser "Großer" lernte nun so richtig schwimmen und tauchen. Auch die Hausverwaltung, Familie Speese, ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wir würden die Villa Selina sofort wieder mieten; ein großes Kompliment an das Villa-Selina Team.

I just wanted to let you know that our stay in your home was a very good one. Your home is beautiful. Your management team was very pleasant and hopeful with anything that we needed. I believe that anyone who stays in your home will be just as pleased as my husband and I were. My son said he liked this house the best out of all the homes we have stayed in in cape coral, because you had some toys to play with. We will hopefully be returning to cape coral in May, and would love to stay in your home again. Once again your home is exceptional with all the extras that you have. We have stayed in 5 different homes and find that your home is very well equipped with anything in every room. You should feel proud of it.
